Directions to/from System Parking
System Parking is located one block to the East (right) of the hotel. If you are in front of our hotel, continue on Wacker past Michigan Ave and it will be on your right side. To return to the hotel, you will exit onto Wacker and turn left. Pass Michigan Ave and make a u-turn to pull up in front of our hotel. The garage is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Guests with minimal luggage or luggage that easily transports, may go directly to the parking garage. For those guests who prefer to unload first, you may stop your car in front of the hotel entrance and we can assist with unloading. Please be aware there is not a dedicated hotel loading zone.
Club Quarters guests are offered a rate of $20 per 24 hour period, with no in and out privileges.
To retrieve your car:
Please stop at the Member Service Desk to have your parking ticket validated prior to retrieving your car. When you return to the garage to pay, you must go to the security office on the first floor in order to receive the validation; kiosks will not recognize the stamp.
